I've been battling hard water in my home for about 15 years and nothing has every really worked. Other products got the toilets somewhat clean but you could still see the water rings inside the bottom of the toilet and under the rim. This stuff got rid of everything! It is the ONLY product that has finally worked!! We applied it and then left it sitting for about 15 minutes at which point we only needed to do a light wipe with the brush. I did leave it on for a good 30 minutes once when I forgot and when I went back to flush and brush, all the yuck literally flushed right off and I didn't have to use the brush at all. It even got rid of the ring on the bottom with no scrubbing. We have 4 bathrooms in our house and we've thrown out all the other garbage products we had and instead keep a bottle of this in each bathroom. It is the only product we will ever use now!

I seriously thought I was going to have to replace the toilet. Between hard water stains and nothing working to keep the toilet clean I thought the only solution was to replace the toilet. I tried everything from chemicals in the tank and stuff hanging over the edge of the bowl. Lysol stuff couldn’t get the stains out, Clorox couldn’t either. I got the box of 4 bottles today and let me tell you, two toilets looking like brand new. All the water stains and residue buildup that other cleaners left behind are gone. I put some in a spray bottle with some water and all the spots in our sinks and tubs are gone as well. I am glad I got the box of 4 bottles because this is all I am using for now on. I am susceptible to harsh fumes with my breathing, and I have very dry skin with eczema on my hands. I suggest keeping the window open, fan on and wear gloves and possibly glasses. While I didn’t get dizzy or have breathing issues, it was very noticeable with the “clean” smell. The cleaner will burn your hands if you have sensitive skin but I just got done wiring my vehicle for a trailer and I had small cuts all over. Yes, that stung! My wife is very happy we saved a couple hundred on the toilet and I can stop feeling embarrassed by the way our bathroom looked.

Wasted my time buying other products to try to remove the hard water and rust stains from my toilet. Nothing worked. Finally read some reviews about this product, and sure enough it works. My toilet now looks fantastic. I may use other products for regular cleaning now that it looks great, but if the other stains and rust ever come back, this is the only one to use. Thanks ZEP!

This is by far the best toilet bowl cleaner ever. Follow the directions in the bottle for use. Every household should have one. It was too pricey but you can find it here on Amazon cheaper.

Our toilet was running slow because of lime build-up at the jets, then it just stopped flushing properly. Additionally, the build-up also interfered with the suction and the flapper wasn't closing properly, causing the water to run constantly. With Covid, I wasn't too excited about having some stranger come into our home and touch our stuff, so I decided to research it. I caught a plumber video about something else which recommended this product, so I ordered it. After reading reviews, I concluded that reviewers who said you needed to wait longer than five minutes were probably right, so I applied the product to the jets, under the rim and at the bottom of the toilet, and as recommended by another review, I put a little bit in the fill tube. I waited about an hour, I flushed and half the thick lime residue went down without any work on my part. I reapplied waited another hour, and the rest was gone. I scraped inside the jet holes a bit with a wire hanger and lo and behold, working toilet. And as a bonus, the bowl is sparkling clean!

Hands down the best toilet bowl cleaner for hard water, calcium build up!!!Highly recommend!
