Only been using mine a little while but impressed so far - fit the headphones perfectly, good sound. The cable seems actually much sturdier than the cable Bose makes for the QC15s (the thin plastic on Bose's own cable tends to break and expose the wires where it joins to the connector to the device, after a decent amount of use)Microphone works nicely, tested with a Mac.very pleased I choose these, if I ever need more I plan on buying these rather than paying Bose a lot more for (it seems) inferior cables

Does not fit properly into Bose headphones and volume does not work. It is more expensive than the actual Bose branded cable. I suggest not buying this product.

This cable works perfectly with iphone and ipod, because it is a TRRS Type Male Audio jack which supports mic use.But it will not work with a regular 3.5mm jack plug socket, as found on hi-fis, etc. For that you will need a TRS Type Male Audio jack.

Really good quality replacement cable after my new puppy chewed the original one. Fits perfectly. However if you want to use this plugged into your mac desktop the in line buttons will only pause the music. There is no other functionality. For me, this isn't really an issue but for others it may be. Now you know.

Purchase the cable two weeks ago and fitted all well cable seems to be very durable the volume button is responsive and neat

Worked twice before it stopped working. Contacted seller to ask for a replacement and got no response. Poor product and customer service. Disappointed.
