These arm bands work great for applying pressure on my arm and helps reducing the severe pain that I constantly have.

I like the black ones because I usually wear black leggings. The velcro is really strong so a little harder to release the bands but they stay put. I like them.

The product is just what it says -- velcro straps long enough for either legs or arms. But the long length that works for legs makes it too long for arms. Difficult to wrap your arms.... too much strap. Bottom line - 5 stars for value and product, but I think I will buy a dedicated short length pair for arms only, and keep these for legs only.

Works well. You can see the3 inch section I used on the "adhesive side" to secure it, where all the individual threads are now loose. I will continue to use it but I see them being unusable in some time. This is after one use

Easy to use. This band training actually does fatigue the muscle at lower weight. It's too soon for me to tell how well it's actually working but I can tell you that my muscles are definitely sore like I lifted extra heavy weights.

First of all, they opened my package, secondly, they put their EAR WAX on my goods. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life like how could someone do that to someone’s package ESPECIALLY WITH COVID RUNNING RAMPANT I’m so disgusted I threw away the package before I even could take a picture because it was so gross 🤢—————Now as for the quality of the bands they are really well made! I’m very satisfied with them and they really hold up. The velcro is extremely tough and took me a bit to release the grip so if you have weak hands you’re definitely gonna struggle like I did but it’s probably a good thing right?Anyways 5 stars to the bands ✨

These work great. The straps are long and work for both arms and legs. Very durable and Velcro holds really well.
