some issues but worked okay
The instructions are poor. Although they contain actual photos (which is rare for these 3rd party OEMs), the pictures are too fuzzy to make sense of them. I'll give them an A for effort but D- for execution. Fortunately, though. there are some good videos that will step you through the whole installation.I had a problem with three of the screw holes not being deep enough and had to bore them out with a few turns of a wood screw.Whirlpool actually uses Torx screws in their kit but this kit only has Phillips screws. The screws seemed to seat pretty tightly but I'm guessing that Whirlpool had a reason for using Torx and it may hold better after hundreds or more cycles. In the video I watched the guy had a kit that include Torx screws and actually included an Torx adaptor to be used with a regular screw driver. So, if you are concerned about long time use, you might look to see if there are other kits (there are a number of them listed on Amazon) available that use Torx.

A surprise in quality and ease of installation
The parts kit was an upgrade to the original parts installed in our dishwasher, replacing plastic with metal. With the instructions included, the new parts were a breeze to install. Total time for removal of the old (broken) and the installation of the new parts was about 20 minutes.

GREAT! FITS PERFECT!
The media could not be loaded. Note: in the video at a few points it looks like i am fighting with it. Thats just to so the locking feature.Found part number on Whirlpools site, and checked Amazon for a better price. Less than half the price from Whirlpool? Bought, sealed and go.THEN read the reviews and immediately got worried. Having to modify parts? Opening up holes? Did I just buy another paper weight?Came home with 20 other things on the mind and saw the package and jumped into the install. Worst part was not knowing what needed to be salvaged from the old stuff, and how it comes apart. So took like 20 minutes carefully disassembling the first side only to find out nothing other than the rack is reused so if you break something, no big deal. Then, yes, the instruction sheet does suck, it's horribly blurry. But it's just the one from Whirlpool. Go to their site, servicematters.com and put in the part number for the kit and print a fresh copy. I printed it on 11x17 for my old eyes and at that point it was too detailed. After removing the old parts and printing out the instructions, first side took me about 15 minutes to put together. Big part was how the clips by the wheels are oriented, see photos. First put them together backwards and had to get them back apart.Second side took about 3 minutes. No filing, no sanding, no opening up holes bigger. I simply used flat head screw drivers to remove the one way clips on the old parts, steak knife blade to release the clips where I put it together wrong, and Phillips to install the new screws.

AMI PARTS W10712395 dishwasher adjuster replacement kit
I am happy to have my dishwasher back in action after one of the OEM slider wheels broke on us. I like that these wheels are at least anchored to the bracket with a metal screw, which I hope will be more durable than the all plastic wheels these replaced. However, there are a couple real complaints. The instructions pictures were taken with a potato. Virtually useless. I easily found a video online, but how hard is it to take a usable picture for your instructions?More troublesome is the adjustment mechanism is not very effective at locking the dishwasher in its highest setting. Which is where it need to be 90% of the time. One side simply refused to stay up at all and the other side would collapse with the slightest bit of weight added to the rack. I had to MacGyver a solution using zip ties that effectively deleted the ability to adjust the rack. The parts weren't faulty or damaged, the design is simply a poor. If these break eventually, I will use one of the other aftermarket solutions to the all plastic design flaw.

I would buy it again if needed.
Sturdy. Better than the original. Very simple to install. Even more simple if you watch a YouTube video for directions.

Success
This was my second attempt to fix the dishwasher shelf. The kit I ordered last year used so many of the original parts, it didn’t fix all the issues. I got this kit and google searched the number on the bottom of the instructions, a video came up and less than 30 minutes later I was done. Quality seems pretty good, definitely better than the last kit I tried. This should last a while. Thank you!
