The media could not be loaded.  I loved this backpack! It holds its own against the big brands: Samsonite, Swiss, Targus, etc. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. Since I have to choose a whole number, I'll give it 5 stars because it's closer to 5 stars than it is to 4 stars. This is my daily go to work backpack (I'm not in a quarantined place). I walk to work every day. The backpack has held up extremely well, so my high rating goes double.

This backpack is roomy. It does hold a 17 inch laptop in the back section with room for paper, folders, and book. The main section is large. We are able to pack 20 protein bars, 3 pair long pants, 2 pair of shorts, 6 shirts, socks, a large travel microfiber towel, wash cloth, a sweater, and a light jacket with room to spare. There is a full length section in front of the main section and 2 small outside sections. There are 2 long thin outside zippered side sections as well as 2 water bottle holders on the side. Our water bottles stayed in place. It easily fits in the overhead compartment of a plane, bus and train. It holds a battery charger, phone, and headphones come out through the top by the handle. Everything stayed dry even when out in the light to moderate rain. We have not used these in heavy rain. You can put travel locks on all but one small pocket on the front and the long thin side pockets.

I needed a good backpack to use as a carryon for a trip overseas, and if you have spent any time looking into it, you'll know that there are a million backpacks out there. I spent so much time reading reviews and researching to find the perfect one - a good size, multiple pockets, ability to be compact if needed. Although this backpack didn't have many reviews, I decided to try it based off of the multiple pockets. I am so pleased with it! It was perfect for my flight, and this thing is incredibly sturdy. I especially like the back pocket, that I used to protect my cell phone/passport while wearing. It also has a strap to slip over the luggage handle, which was super handy when I wanted to give my back a break. A very surprisingly perfect purchase.

We've only had this backpack a week.. So time will determine durability. It seems as sturdy as a Swiss gear, has multiple pockets, and is larger than any backpack found to date. My daughter's book load is quite extensive and there are few backpacks that will accommodate all her books, binders, and accessories. Has many smaller pockets for storage, charging cable built in (have yet to use though), seemingly well made.Hoping this bag will stand the test of time and last at least three years. Our last Swiss gear backpack lasted only 2 years before having zipper issues.It would be great if it came in lighter colors or more feminine designs.

I bought this Backpack for my Europe trip. I used this bag to keep my important stuff like charger, camera, documents — not heavy stuff. But the zipper quality was very poor. I kept opening itself while it’s on your back. I lost my phone charger due to that. Very unhappy with this bag. I had to throw this backpack and had to buy a new one during my trip. Be careful before buying this product. I got an email from the merchandiser saying they will send me a replacement one but what’s the point? I alreadysuffered due to poor quality.

I love this backpack!! My lightweight laptop at work was replaced by a large and heavy 17" laptop, It feels like about 20 pounds but it's probably slightly less... anyway, I shopped around and found this backpack which would fit the laptop instead of trying to stuff it into the carry bag that was supplied. It easily fits in the backpack while being padded on all sides to prevent damage. There are many useful pockets and you could carry several laptops & tablets without worrying about finding a padded area to store them. It has an external USB charging port and is very well made. I highly recommend this backpack especially if you need to carry a big heavy laptop and/or several heavy items and want to have them on your back.

For somebody who wants to travel and bring all their stuff with them. This is the bag for them. I shoped probably 13 hours looking for a bag that would be suitable to bring all my tech and clothing with me when I am on the move and this bag is the only item I found that made the job.The quantity of stuff you can put inside is astonishing.Material quality seemed at first a little bit cheap, but with 3 months of use so far and with heavy loads everything seems to be holding on.Zippers are the only downside according to me. They are small and the paint is already chipping off.
