Does what it says on tin!

Bought as a replacement for finer glass coffee mugs which kept getting broken. These are much thicker & heavier glass & almost twice the capacity. I can't see any of these getting broken! The spoons they came with are beautiful with a longer stem than normal. Overall pleased with their purchase & value for money.

Overall good for the price. Perfectly happy with these for an everyday coffee at home. Mould lines clearly visible on the handle so I wouldn’t say they are the most well made, but perfectly acceptable. They are larger than I expected!

Elegant cups that bring the feel of the coffee shop to your home. Great size for drinks made with my tassimo.My only minor complaint is the mark in the glass where the two moulded halves have been joined but for the price you can’t argue. Highly recommend.

Glasses arrived promptly.Good quality, nice and thick, just like using a mug but made out of glass.Have been in dishwasher numerous times and not suffering any etching / discolouration.Description says spoons included, mine didn't have any spoons enclosed hence only 4 stars instead of 5.Would happily recommend.

Was pleased to see how well packed the mugs were.However I was disappointed to have received tea spoons instead of latte spoons as the picture on the listing showed.If I had known I would have not upgraded for the spoons too as I have a draw full of them..I think this should be mentioned in the listing to avoid futur disappointment.Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Edit: I went and made a cup of tea in this cup and the side cracked an the bottom cane off and spilt scolding hot tea all down my legs and over my hand. Emailed the seller and they will only refund or replace me 1 cup even though I explained to them that I a concerned about using any of them for this happening again. But still will only refund or replace the broken cup! I will NOT be using any of these cups and they will most definitely be going in the bin!! I am very disappointed with this product and even more disappointed with the seller! Such a shame coz they’re really are very nice looking cups! I’ve left my original review under this as it was my first impression of this product!I absolutely LOVE these glass cups. They look really nice with a latte in them as you can see in the picture. I was only guna use these for my morning coffee but I love them that much I use them for my lemon tea throughout the day too. They’re not too heavy and uncomfortable to hold but they have a nice weight to them, They’re nice to hold. And with a 385ml volume they fit a nice amount of hot drink in them. I have to admit I was expecting the spoons to be really thin and flimsy metal but they’re actually quite decent! I got the 385ml 4 pack with spoons and I have to say if your looking for a nice glass cup then BUY THESE! You definitely won’t be disappointed! 100% would recommend to everyone. All in all A GREAT PURCHASE!

Sorry I had return for refund as I thought they would fit my c offee machine STILL AWAITING REFUND It's now 10 Jan and I still not a refund or any communication with company Please investigate. 12th January I still not any communication with Ever Rich or Amazon regarding a refund for the latte glasses I returned by post 10thDecember I have phoned Ever Rich all you get is leave a message and we will get back to you ,but nobody does you also state we will get back to you what a load of rubbish ,I buy something through Amazon once or twice a week ,I shall have to stronger with my reply in future
