First and foremost, these lights look great. They perform as advertised and are a HUGE improvement for night driving from stock. Install is easy, about 20 minutes.Here’s a few things I think people should know before buying:-The Bluetooth app that connects to the lights is totally jenky. Most people made comments about this is other reviews. But to be completely honest, I didn’t buy these lights for this feature. The only cool part about it is the “off-road” mode which turns all the lights on. But to be completely honest, this feature seems like an after thought for the sake of saying it has a Bluetooth feature.-The lights do not come with a new mounting bezel. I was expecting a black bezel to mount these new expensive lights, but it doesn’t have one so you have to use the factory one which is aluminum in color (at least on mine). Not a huge thing but it is visible and would like way better with a black one.-Last but certainly not least, the lights are very bright. Like INCREDIBLY BRIGHT. I have a lifted vehicle so that probably doesn’t help, but I think any size Jeep will still have this issue. Be ready to own “a**h*** lights”. Everyone will think your driving with the high beams on. The first night I took my car out with these on I was brake-checked on the highway. Be ready to have 1 out of every 10 cars flash you for your lights being too bright. Semi trucks will flash you. Everyone will flash their high beams at you and there’s really nothing you can do about it. This would be my only complaint about these lights. I feel like I’d have less complaints if I just turned on my Baja light bar.All that said, cool lights. I enjoy them.

What a difference over the stock OEM lights. I can actually see all road surfaces at night now and with a few adjustments on the headlight mounting adjustment, you can really adjust these lights on a lifted Jeep. Never got a flash from an oncoming vehicle after the adjustment. Great quality and I highly recommend them. The seller shipped very quickly and was everything that a new set of lights should be.

The media could not be loaded.  Super easy to install,& everything you’d expect out of an American Made Company. Super bright,& the app downloaded easily. Very impressed with the Quality

Dude, a year ago when I bought these it would take 20minutes to connect to the bluetooth.A recent app update fixed the issue and they connect quick now.I can finally recommend these.

High quality from JW. Lights are amazing. Frees turn signals up for Trail 6. Offroad mode requires cell service to function!?!!A miss on bluetooth functionality that requires cell service (must be decent signal too!) in conjunction, without it... no offroad functionality or party mode.... Not mentioned on JW's advertising. JW did respond and confirmed the cell service requirement for any... Jlink functionality with these or Trail 6 Pro. They relayed they were working on it as of 02/2020.

I wrote to JW Speaker and requested a reply. Nothing. Like others have written, the J3 and Trail 6 Pro lights are EXTREMELY expensive and they’re controlled with this terrible app. Terrible? You need to enter your username and password whenever you open the app to control your lights. Then you need to select “My Vehicle.” Then you need to select “Remote Control” … even though you only have one vehicle and you do the same thing every time … Then you need to ensure all of your lights are on when you do select “Remote Control” and then you need to wait for the app to sync with the lights to enable control. Sometimes 20 seconds. Sometimes more than a minute. Then when you make changes to the brightness of your lights, or settings, you again need to wait for the sync to be applied, which is sometimes instantaneous, and other times, 20, 40, or over 60 seconds. I very much regret my purchase and will NEVER buy any JW Speaker products again. And just announced, SPOD partnered with (was acquired by) JW Speaker’s strongest (and better) competition. I’ve spent a lot of money with JW Speaker (J3’s, Trail 6 Pro’s and 279J rear lights). That’s the last of it. Never again. Goodbye JW Speaker!
