You Won’t Mess Up Those Technicals Again
This basically teaches you everything you need to know on a technical basis for a regular M&A banking interview. This is not a summarized, spark notes kind of book. It goes into enough detail so you understand valuation and mergers. I would treat this as a guarantee you won’t mess up on technicals during interviews. I say it’s worth the money and the time to read in depth.

Kindle version not as useful as PDF
The thing I feel not too good about this order is the price. I wish that the price could be reduced a bit more for a Kindle version of this book. I would prefer a PDF version than Kindle version due to its restricted utility. However, it's a good book to have.

Perfect in all aspects in order to translate knowledge into practice
A much perfect aid to consolidate all knowledge conveyed by the main book, this 'assistant' issue will certainly help you to get familiar with practical matters in the area, offering a rich opportunity to learn through fully cooncrete applications.

Great in depth book
This book has great example problems to reinforce your understanding. The answers are in depth, and help you understand where you may have made a mistake.

It's good but also pricey
Hard to use unless you get the whole package that includes the CDs for models and the workbook. But overall, a great outline for all the valuation concepts. A bit repetitive for people coming from a strong accounting background.
