Mezco ONE 12 COLLECTIVE A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET FREDDY KRUEGER

Firstly I’d like to say that I’m not usually one for collecting clothed figures, to me a lot of them look a bit too much like dolls rather than action figures (barring a select few like hot toys) so I was a little unsure on this one before purchasing. I was convinced to buy it from looking at the awesome facial and glove details. You get 4 heads to choose from and 2 gloves in different poses, one of the heads has a pace that you can peel out to reveal his skull face from the original movie upon which this figure is based. Other accessories are various left hands in diff poses, a superb looking dynamic pose action figure stand which actually works unlike sone other toy brands out there, you can get some really cool poses like him jumping forward to take a swipe out of some unsuspecting victim! You also get a trash can lid and a left hand with fingers cut off and the green pus squirting out (yum!)Now the clothes on this figure are that well made and great looking, there’s is nothing remotely doll like, everything looks really well fitted. I can not recommend this figure enough for freddy fans and horror/action figure collectors.Great stuff!

I've owned this figure for a couple days now and after messing around with it it's definitely my favourite Freddy figure. Whilst I like Neca's Freddy figures the articulation of this Mezco version blows the Neca ones out of the water, plus all of the sculpted details from his heads to his hands are all very well done. The clothes are all very well tailored and look great. Only things I'll warn you about is be careful when posing him and swapping out the hands, he's a lot smaller than other Mezco figures and the same goes for his joints and hand pegs, but other than that it's solid and also fairly cheap compared to other Mezco figures so I highly recommend it.
