Bloated within a year
Don't expect this to last. Just under a year ipod was only running for a few hours. Opened up the ipod and battery was bloated and potentially dangerous.

It Works!
So pleased with this battery, I got my son to replace it for me, and we did check out some YouTube videos first, but it was really quite straightforward, and now my iPod has a new lease of life, for a very good price!

Perfect replacement
My ipod classic, the thick one, needed a new battery as I was only getting around 4 hours playback, after fitting this one, I am now getting around 30 hours, it fits perfectly in the thicker ipod, good quality, easy to replace, once you get the ipod open ( get a spudger), and I thought a good price.

5th Generation iPod video
The product was delivered quickly and looked ok. I had looked at the answers to the question as to whether this fits the A1136 30gb iPod and whilst it physically fits in the gap it is too thick and the two parts wont fit back together.

Too thick
This battery is too big, the ipod classic 7 will not close too, after refit. Still at least i know i replaced the screen and new ribbon correctly..
