Wiha 8pc Screwdriver set
I was working on my car one weekend using regular screwdrivers you would buy from any hardware store, I found myself in a situation where i needed to pry away fairly thick sheet aluminum that was bent and in the way. I ended up breaking 4 screwdriver tips before finally giving up and ended up buying a pry bar to finish the work. Disappointed, I started looking at options out there and thats when I ran into a forum highly talking about the quality of Wiha screwdrivers. I knew that I had to give it a try myself.Initially, I was thinking that its probably gonna be a few bucks, but when I found out that it was over $100 it was definitely out of my price range, especially for screwdrivers. A few months go buy and I find myself again in need of a good screwdriver that wont just strip under hard use. Thats when I again ran into the Wiha name. I finally took a leap of faith to buy them. ABSOLUTELY no regrets!! these are defintely the best screwdrivers I have ever used bar none. I really wish I had the money to buy more Wiha products.QualityThe tips are very well machined. When looking for screwdrivers, this is the first thing I look at, they fit into screws like a glove with absolutely no slippage. It is made of a high quality Chrome-vanadium-molybdenum hardened steel. Unlike most companies, the blade actually extends through the handle all the way to the steel striking cap giving you that much more confidence that this thing will take a beating. The handles feel great in my hand with or without gloves. It is made of a type of "cellulose acetate" material which is non-slip as well as oil and grease resistant which is a great plus for those who loves to work on cars. To top it all off, they even add a hex bolster to give more added torque with a wrench if needed! its little details like this that makes Wiha stand apart from others.UseUpon receiving this set, I immediately used them while pulling out my transmission. with the microfinished handles, the first thing I noticed was the torque gain. It was amazing how effortlessly it was to get out even the stubborn screws. As I mentioned above, the machining on the tips are superb and it makes using them easy. I used to have to put in alot of pressure to assure that the screwdriver wont slip out, with these, I hardly need to do that, very minimal effort. A++Tip: Buy the Wiha Magnetizer/Demagnetizer to go with them, Very cheap and it makes jobs in hard places very easy by magnetizing/demagnetizing within seconds.ConclusionsBy far the best screwdrivers I have ever used. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has the budget for them. Its a little bit more expensive than most companies, but what won me over was the fact that its for a lifetime investment, no more need to replace broken screwdrivers because they are going to last you forever so long as you don't lose them.ConsThe only real con that I can find is that it is a bit steep as far as price goes. But I doubt anyone would be disappointed with the actual product. One other thing that some others may think is a con is the weight. They do weigh more than a standard screwdriver (probably the weight of 2 standard screwdrivers at most), but then again, you have to factor in that it has a steel striking cap as well as better quality. Honestly, although it weighs more, I dont feel any of it when using it.Five out of five stars. Highly Recommended and would buy again

Still Pinched, But Amazing Tool!
Chose this set after a lot of research. I had lost a couple of my 30 tear old, top-shelf, professional truck dealer screwdrivers and suffered knock-down sticker shock at over $300.00 for a new set. After a lot of hunting about, I chose to try this set.Upon arrival, I was immediately disappointed by two glaring issues:1: No storage/display case2: Square shanksNow the shank thing is my fault. A closer look at the ad copy clearly reveals square shanks. I don't like them because I'm used to the smooth performance of round shanks, and this disrupts my flow. But in reality, with cordless tools now far more dominant for screw driving, this is not really an issue. Just feels wrong. But the holding tray thing pinches me off. Now, my proud new set is laying all askew in my otherwise well-organized screwdriver drawer where it should be the shining new pimp set at the party. I'd swear I saw "storage tray included", but here again, the after-the-fact review shows different.Again, must be my fault. Now for the good:+ What outstanding balance! These drivers are weighted such that each one totters evenly in palm, putting past units to shame.+ Full-length shank allowing hammer striking. Admittedly, that will be hard to do after so many years of avoiding the practice, but it is nice to know that I can.+ High-quality hardened tips that I can tell will not round off or chip even at my abusive hands.+ Handle ergos that allow for notably more torque application by a mechanic who's getting older and a little less strong in these endeavors.I'd give them 4.5 stars if possible, but truth is, that 1/2 star reduction is for stuff I should've caught. With the excellent quality being better than I expected, I'll eat that half star and call them a five. But I'm still a little chirped about that storage tray thing.

Something different
High price point set, high quality also. I bought these to replace my snap on screwdriver set at work. Weight can sometimes be an indicator of quality, and these have a great weight to them. A few things I dislike about this set is, there is no color matching stubby screwdrivers, you'll have to buy a set of red stubby's. Also there's 3 Phillips and 5 flat heads for some odd reason, I would've liked to see another #2 Phillips included with a longer shank and larger grip.

the BEST that money can buy
Great feel in hand and superior fit and finish. It is easy to take pride in owning these babies! I love Wiha tools overall, and compared to the Wera brand KraftForm (which I also own) these are MUCH more heavy duty. I keep these in my toolbox for working on automotive projects, whereas the Wera ones are not as nice fit and finish and perfect for a hobbyist. The handles on these clean up easily with a quick spray of brake cleaner and the markings are very hard to remove. The grips are very comfy and the microfinish still lets you grip with oily gloves or hands. The phillips tips make it VERY difficult to strip bolts because they are hardened so well and fit so nicely. These things have the perfect weight to them that let you know you are using quality, professional tools. Buy these once and never regret it.
