This really works well, and lasts. I unboxed, installed batteries, and began to use. It is still going well, with the same batteries, and is very handy to use with the lighted digital readout, for these old eyes in poor light conditions. I am impressed.

It's been over a year & I really like this thing. The battery that came with it was cheap, died quick. With a name brand battery this thing went through the winter and still works. My only gripe (small one) is the air release button doesn't release air very quickly. Hardly ever need it.. no big deal.Well worth the money so far.

The Akface tire inflator jumped at me while I searched on Amazon for one because of it's high reviews and it's price - at $19.99 it was somewhere in the middle of the search results I got.The product arrived neatly packed in bubble wrap and with everything you need to get it connected to your compressor's standard NPT quick connect. Thread tape is included as well as some extra valve caps and 2 AAA batteries - which can be inserted into the battery compartment without a screwdriver or tool. Assembly was easy and everything is tight without leaking air.The display is super convenient to read with large numbers, two buttons make navigation through all settings simple. Around the body of the digital pressure gauge is a rubber protector which sits tight and provides good protection.I was afraid that the air chuck wouldn't hold properly on the tire valve and leak air - as this was one of the downfalls of many other product reviews I read. BUT NOT HERE :-) this thing just works, once properly set onto the valve stem the air chuck stayed in place, no leaks, no hassle! The rubber hose is of good quality and about 12in long. Filling tires is a breeze and pressure can be adjusted by the bleed valve on the inflators body.Now to the accuracy of the digital pressure gauge; I filled several tires and measured them all with the Akface digital pressure gauge, a handheld digital pressure gauge and a mechanical pressure gauge - and the Akface stayed accurate and well within any expectation.Very happy with this purchase, it's a well made product which works great. And for those who are interested, yes it is made in China.

Purchased this for work as I’m a new technician. It’s good. Only issue is the adapter for hooking up to valve stem doesn’t always sit properly and have to hold it in place or mess with it a little. Only sometimes. Other than that it’s pretty dam accurate. Backing plate to hold batteries in tends to pop off a lot. Keep in mind I’m not gentile with my tools & equipment lol. Duct tape fixed that. For the price, it’s pretty dam good. Does the job, accurate, lightweight, minimalistic, small enough it doesn’t take up tons of room in my toolbox. 5 thumbs up or whatever. Good to go. Wouldn’t hurt to replace the valve stem hookup. If you want. This is fine. Perfect for home garage.

The value of accurate tire pressure cannot be over emphasized. Low pressure causes dangerous handling, increased fuel consumption and accelerated tire wear. I’m NOT a fan of TPMS in modern cars. They inevitably fail, cost hundreds of dollars to replace and my belief is most drivers pay no attention due to so many finicky lights, beeps, dings and other nuisance items people should be smart enough to pay attention to. I’ve used a hose end tool with extension type gauge for years followed up with a hand held digital gauge for more precise measurement. As my inflator has simply worn out, I decided to try this inflation tool with digital gauge built in. I am impressed that the reading matches my high quality digital gauge exactly down to tenths of psi. The spring loaded clip still needs to be supported vs just clipping it on the valve stem but is very easy to do.

Including spares, I have 17 tires to keep properly inflated. My old method using a separate gauge and air chuck was tedious. Each tire took multiple, fiddly, push it at just the right angle air connections to get the job done (measure, inflate, measure, inflate, let some air out, measure, ...). Now, I simply attach the hose with a nice clip, read the gauge, squirt some air, read the gauge, maybe squirt/maybe release some air, read the gauge, release the clip - DONE! Used it twice now and it is easily 3x faster and much more comfortable than my old method. Quality appears good. For what it is worth, this gauge reads within 0.8 psi of my old cheap digital gauge - can't say which is more accurate.

It is okay for checking air, but not accurate, need to repeat off and on valve stem.

So last week I purchased new tires for my car. I received my Akface Inflator yesterday and this morning went to check the tire pressure on my new tires. I assumed they would be at the recommended 32 psi. The Akface read 38.6 psi. My initial reaction was that the Akface was defective. I grabbed my other digital tire gauge and it read the same exact tire pressure. All 4 tires were overinflated. It was super easy to remove the excess pressure with the Akface.I let more pressure out of one just to test adding more with the Akface. It worked great.Should have gotten one of these years ago.

Build quality is decent, but the screen is absolutely horrible to read, u need to find the right angle to be able to. But for the price is ok.

Missing battery cover, can’t seem to get ahold of seller so I guess I’ll need to return, I not used it as it’s missing back battery cover

This unit had multiple quality control issues. Leak through the chuck, i guess it was the air flow valve. The coupler wouldn't fit so i had use mine. At the end i had to return this product.In fairness mine could have been an isolated case.
