I have bought one of these computers before almost $500 just a couple years ago HP computers are probably the best and overall quality workmanship and ergonomics Works flawlessly for under 200 bucks can't beat it.

This product came in totally DAMAGED. The Ethernet plug in is not available ( not stated on the details) the keyboard does not work ( not stated on the details) and not only that to top it off the charger did not work. The worst expierence was when I reached out to speak to someone they wanted to debate with me about my email, my order number and they did not escalate to find someone that could possible better assist . Highly disappointed. This is another delay for my business. Unsatisfied.

This computer works amazingly, I am able to use it for college classes, my WFH job, and I can even play some games on it (Minecraft, Sims4, etc). My only complaint is the quality of the laptop itself is not 100%. Minor flaws like; keyboard popping out a little in some places, the HP logo being stained (unsure how that happened), one of the control buttons not working, and more trivial things that are mainly cosmetic.

I was a little skeptical that a refurbished laptop would be in look and perform like new as advertised in the Amazon renewed section, but it really does. The laptop is flawless cosmetically and performs great. All specs are as advertised. I was a little worried about the battery life, but it lasts for several hours. Great sleek looking and performing machine.

I bought this laptop refurbished from Avenue Computers and this seller went above and beyond to help me get the best laptop for my needs at a great price. The battery is great, the keyboard is so easy to use, it's has a super fast processor, it's light weight and compact. I couldn't be happier!

One of the keys not functioning correctly, had to press several times, ac cord not working, no audio device

Love the price, which matters when you have to change hardware every 3-4 years. Laptop was set up and working within 30 minutes. Love that I have the insurance and haven’t had one issue with this hardware

The product arrived dirty, with sticky spots on the outer cover and the keyboard. They could be cleaned. The worst thing was that the laptop arrived with a power supply that was from another computer, the plug did not fit in the socket and the computer turned off after a few minutes. I had to go to a Best Buy store to have it evaluated, luckily it was just a matter of buying another power supply. The computer was an HP, the power supply I received was Dell and they added an adapter to the shipment that does not work for this computer.CONCLUSION. I was passing through town, I was leaving that night and I had to pay almost u$s90 to be able to verify that it worked correctly and to be able to use it. Does anyone verify that what is included in the package is what should be delivered?
