Made giving meds easier to an infant! The convience of using a binky to give meds is a life saver. These lost a star because they do collect water in the nipple when washed but it can ve removed by squeezing the nipple. You also lose/waste a little in the end of the syringe and in the pacifier. Would still recommend.

at first i tried to push the fluid thru.. but then baby was able to control the suction thru the pacifier making it an easier delivery.
