i love this laptop i have not stopped using it since i bought it,it charges so fast and lasts such a long time and the touch screen is amazing.its so easy to use and its such a good price for it definitely worth the money .does not over heat at all

Utterly demoralising as was bought for a birthday present. Worked for just under 2 weeks then had a critical hardware faliure - the whole point of an SSD is to prevent this, how thei comany is an official Microsoft Certified refurb agent when they ship out itmes with shoddy part i do not know. Seller impossible to cntact as number is for rither a US company or Indian compan despite having been bought theough Amazon uk portal.I wanted a replacement or repair neither of which were within the ability of Amazon to sort out despite what their Renewal Promise states, instead a lengthy wait for collection and evetual refund extends the time I am out of pocket and must wait in order to purchase a replacement. All in all shockingly awful experience.

I was a little wary buying a used and restored laptop, but so far so good. I am writing this review using it right now. The only evidence thus far that the laptop is old is the aged condition of the stickers on the back. The product has no scratches and it arrived in excellent condition and was securely packaged.Any issues I have is with Dell itself, a new feature I've discovered - Dell Audio - MaxxAudio Pro. Turned on, it does a great job of upping the volume when using the laptop speakers but it does creating a booming affect with headphones, but turn it off and no problem. You just need to remember to switch it back on when you un jack the headphones, as without it, even at 100 volume the sound is a quiet.Excellent product and an excellent service from the seller.

I've been using different series of Dell laptops for quite a while. They'e properly built, perform well and look great in my eyes.Dell E7470 is small enough to carry around and big enough to have a decent screen size. Battery life is around 4 hours considering it has been used for a few years.The only thing worth noting is that this particular laptop lacks USB Type-C which is not a problem for me at all.

I was quite shocked to find payment had been taken when I ordered as normally it's taken on delivery, so my bank account was overdrawn.Following numerous attempts to have the laptop delivered and many hours waiting at home, it finally arrived 2 days late, without a charger, so that has to be added to the cost. I sent 3 messages to the seller but only received a response after delivery.It is however, as described, hardly any marks on it and in good working order but again, the poor battery life was unexpected. I have to top up every 2.5 hours.

I've had my laptop for just over a month now and it has been great. It is like new in terms of the condition of the hardware, not even minor defects seen. It was easy to set up, and I've had no issues using this at all. It came with easy instructions to follow (even for me, who is not very tech savvy!). The delivery was also very fast, I received the laptop within a couple of days (and this is during peak covid 19 lockdown). I am very pleased with the purchase and the service.
