Safety 24/7 reveiw
This book provides a basic understanding of how a Safety culture changes for the positive. It has fundamental concepts that can be easily grasped with a few good tools to make these concepts become reality. It has been embraced by many companies serious about making a paradigm shift in their Safety Culture. It is an easy read, but one that the reader will return to for refrence as they follow the concepts. It isn't just written for the middle manager to read, but for supervisors, employees , Safety Committees, upper management, etc. It is not a silver bullet, but certainly a good tool to keep in your toolbox and use.

A Great Place to Start
I was looking for a book to share with a newly formed safety committee. I purchased this book last week, read it, and immediately ordered five more copies so that I could give one to all of the team members. The story is well written and while it does not provide all of the answers to how to create a safe environment it lays the groundwork for how to build a safety culture. The book is thought provoking and left me feeling energized and excited about the prospect of creating a safe environment for our employees. I have no doubt that the conversation generated by this book in our next meeting will be well worth the investment.

the core element of an Incident-free culture
Very good book and very enjoyable to read. This book show the fundamental element of a good safety culture. You can achieve an incident-free culture only if you put safety into your heart (leaders' heart)and the heart of a company (core value of the company). And than the leader should implement this principle in every aspects of his/her decision & behavior, and than he/she should communicate it to every person in the company. Bravo to both writer.
