Best product. Installation done perfect way. Value for money. Within in a week time installation done. Good tasty water, good pricing. We stpped buying 50littre cane water. Lot of improvemnt for water consumption. Only one problem is waste wTer is totally wasted.

A long distance delivery is a cause of concern, as the parts get displaced for ex: pipes, which has to be again checked for leaks and tediously repaired by the technician. Wish this model had a full tank indicator. Not sure if it gives entire10 ltrs output. It's suddenly got defuct and filter doesn't seem to run.

The product is good, and also offer value for money. But the service they provide is really bad. They don't provide spare parts to the service center and will deliver that post check up. Takes several month to get partsAs per the official customer care person it will take atleast 20 days to change a faulty part. But reality differs I have had a faulty part for 70 days and have still not gotten the service done.So only buy this product if either you can live without the water for months atleast or you have more than 1 water purifier at your homeIn short if your Life is going smoothly and you want some advenchers or you are being fedup of the good night sleep you are getting this is the product for you.

After installation technician left immediately before the water tank is filled. When I checked the TDS it was the same as input water. Ordered replacement from Amazon and next time also same technician came and fixed something extra in blue color ( not from the box). It looked like the RO membrane which he didn't fit that in first purchase. I am satisfied with the product but worried about the technician behavior.

Using it for more than a month with no complains. I bought it becuase of my fridens suggestion and I am bery much satisfied with the product as of now.Only convern is Faber service which is quite slow and not up to mark.

Worst quality product. Broke from front by itself within one day of installation, Faber team denied to replace and asking for charges. Amazon team not providing return service. It is the worst decision to buy Faber Water purifier. Never buy it will not support at all. And being a big amazon customer feel very disappointed to this experience. No body even visited to check just on photo varification asking for money to replace body.Amazon and faber replace the unit immediately or repair at no cost.
