This not my first knee strap from Zamst. I have found their knee straps to be reliably supportive and comfortable. It is also easily adjustable and accommodates even thicker legs.

I was totally dismayed by the support these things gave me on a rigorous backpacking trip. My knees have at last started going bad after years of abuse and I had serious doubts that this band would do anything. Lightweight and remarkable, without compromising circulation. The band never binds or pinches and I forgot it was there even when scrambling through obstacles. A must for any aging backpacker.

Works great for running and playing tennis if your knees are starting to hurt when you do sports.

I have had several other knee bands that don't compare to Zamst. I really like this brand. It's extremely well made with sturdy materials. There's two velcro sections. On to secure the strap to your knee and another fastener to wrap the strap around. Other knee bands are usually just one big velcro. This one is designed to be sleek and less bulky. I definitely recommend this for any IT band issues or patellofemoral syndrome.

It will stay on in place but needs adjusting

Due to Runner's Knee I had to take about 6 mos off from running to improve leg strength. As I was about to get back into it a friend recommended this brace. As I put it on it instantly made my knee feel more stable. I ran pain free with it on! It felt so good when I came back from my run that I kept it on the rest of the day! This simple product really helped!

Awesome product. Comfortable and fits well. Doesn't get hung up on the opposite leg while running as some other products do.

Comes off easy.
