Easy and fun to use.
Pretty straightforward. Works so much better than dropping in by hand.

It makes balls
It works as advertised and does a nice job. The only gripe I have is that it comes with a European plug which it doesn’t state. So make sure you get an adapter if you’re in the states.

I wish the pearls were bigger
Good. I wish the pearls came bigger. Are there different sizes for the needles?

Fun and easy to use
I purchased this on a whim, thinking this tool would be more economical than buying tins of preprepared pearls. So glad I did! The tool is easy to use and clean, and my dinner guests thought I was some sort of magician (who am I to correct them!). I had some tomato jam that did not set, but I couldn’t toss it because it was so delicious. I ran it through this machine and it turned my failed jam into the perfect condiment to pizza, appetizers and pasta dishes. Can’t wait to make more!

Not what I hoped for
I used this in a profesional setting in hopes that it would be a time saver for balsamic caviar. The texture was good following the recipe in the book but it really lacked in flavor. Honestly agar agar and a dropper have better flavor just takes a little more effort.
