Q: Is this power supply Haswell rated?

I'm going to assume that you are concerned about it supporting the low power state of the Haswell CPU.Whether Rated or not based on the information on the website it will support the super low power state of the Haswell CPU.ON the EVGA Power Supply Webpage they state "Ready for 4th Generation Intel Core Processors (C6/C7 Idle Mode)"Then I checked what Haswell Rated means on Toms and they say"The "Haswell ready" mark is just to indicate that the PSU is capable of supporting the super low power CPU sleep state that haswell introduced, the majority are and most manufacturers are working to label those that are as such. If it doesn't support that super low power sleep state the system will just shut off rather than sleeping properly."I did a search for Haswell and it stated that the super low power saving mode is C6 and C7.I will repeat, certified I don't know but the website for the CPU clearly states that it will support Haswell C6 and C7 sleep modes.

Q: Will this connect and run with a N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix) motherboard and a Radeon R9 280X 3GB graphics card?

As long as that board takes a normal motherboard (24 pin I believe) and the R9 uses normal video card 6 pin.Edit: this power supply advertises to use atx12V so the MB should be compatible
