Bakers and Chefs 100% Peanut Oil, 35 Pound

I used this oil to fry a turkey over the holidays with a electric deep turkey fryer. The turkey was moist and very good with no taste of oil. Some sell mixes of peanut oil but I prefer pure peanut oil for some things and bakers and chefs is a brand I'll buy again.

This did the job for my turkey and for several other foods afterwards. I love cooking with the peanut oil. Money well spent!

Good quality oil. I fried a Turkey, onion rings, chicken wings, French Fries, mozzarella cheese sticks, Twinkie’s and the oil was great for each item. I got oil up to 360 degrees F and had no issues. 4/5 stars just because of the price and shipping costs associated with this product.

This is a huge deal. I will not begin to comment on how much this product would cost in the stores. If you have to have fried foods and are not allergic to nuts...this is a must have. With it's phytosterol properties and vitamin E this is one of the better oils to fry with due to it being heart healthy and ability to help lower cholesterol. In addition, the flavor of this oil is light and not imposing.

Peanut oil is good for baking and frying. It does not have an odor in baking and it does not easily burn at high temperatures when frying. I am just a regular house wife who likes to cook. Peanut oil does not make my house stink. I used to be afraid of frying because of the smell but that has changed. I am more willing to fry now. I tried to find peanut oil in regular grocery stores but couln't. Costco used to carry it but not any more. I ordered through Amazon.com and I am very happy with the purchase.

Worked well on my turkey this thanksgiving. Best taste yet.

A perfect product. Ordered too much. But that's ok, hopefully I will use it before next xmas!
