SENSE-ation No-Pull Dog Harness - Purple Medium

We are on our third SENSE-ation harness! Our springer LOVES to chew on this thing. We can't leave it on her for a second after her walk or she starts chewing. It does a great job of teaching her to walk nicely on a leash but for some reason, she just likes the taste or texture of this harness. It's not rubbing or irritating her, she just enjoys having a munch. Will keep purchasing these as they do a really good job of correcting pulling while walking on a leash.

We were originally advised to used this by the San Diego Humane Society, it proved very well, we have several dogs and used these harnesses for all stages from puppy to adulthood, only use for walking otherwise standard neck collar with ID and license tags is worn 24/7. Be sure to follow the instruction so they are properly adjusted and correctly fit the dog.

This may work for some dogs, but I couldn't tell any difference using it. My Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler) just continued to pull against the harness, even with the front attachment. I'm going to continue trying to use it to see if there's any change over time, but so far it's not looking very promising. I'll change my review if any improvement is noted. Also, I would advise people to just buy the Sense-Ible Harness, instead. It's the exact same style harness, only with metal hardware (instead of plastic) and without the "soft" belly strap material. The material for the belly strap is supposed to be softer to prevent chafing, but it only feeler *maybe* slightly smoother than the material used for any regular harness or collar. It would be better just to sew some padding on the belly strap if chafing were an issue. I wish I'd gone with the cheaper option now...

One of those things that actually works just as advertised! Bought this for our very energetic lab mix puppy. My left arm was getting longer than my right, a real leash lunger. From the very first walk there was no pulling at all. Amazing! The harness cause her to turn to look at me more, and she immediately learned it was easier to walk in a good heel position. It’s easy to put on and take off. Our lab is about 45 lbs, the medium fits well and has some room for her to grow.

it's the best front pull harness in the market. A little too pricey though.

This broke on a 35lb vizsla puppy with no indication of damage, it just snapped. I only noticed because it started fitting loosely for no reason. I'm assuming it was just a defective plastic webbing adjuster and will give the replacement one more try.

I LOVE the Sense-ation No-Pull Harness! I am a professional dog trainer. I have been purchasing this harness for several years and it is by far my favorite. It's light weight, and does stop the pulling, unless your dog is super excited about something. But for walking or going to the vet, it is priceless. It gives me total control over my dog when we are out and about. DO NOT leave this harness on your dog unsupervised! I have done it a couple of times with the black one, and my dogs chewed them off. My dogs are mostly black, so I purchase the purple, but you could choose any bright color, so I can see it and know that I haven't removed it when I put them in there kennels for the night. Has saved me a lot of money that way!!If you have a puller, I highly recommend this harness!! Every dog, IMO should wear a harness instead of a collar, to prevent damage to their trachea.

This harness made an AMAZING difference . I have a 60lb pit bull(I got a medium and it fits perfect) she's 10 months old and I could not walk her. She pulled hard for the first 15 minutes of our walk and practically choked herself every time we went out . I have 2 other dogs that I like to try and walk all together but her constant pulling and dragging made me not want to walk her at all. I tried training. Which went well for all her commands but she would not stop pulling. I put this harness on her , and I swear it was like magic!!!! She pulled ...stopped right away, looked at me ....tried to pull again ... Stopped and that was it ! It took 10 seconds for her to get it. Now my handicapped father can walk her and keep her in the front yard with him without worrying about her dragging him halfway down the street. I'm so glad I bought this and reccomend it to anyone who has a dog who pulls a lot. Now I'm able to walk her with out any issues . I'm very happy with this !!!
