Was nervous about ordering this - had never refilled highlighters before - but as a grad student, I'm running through them too fast to ignore this option. My fears were completely unfounded - this is a wonderful product!! Highlighter is vibrant as ever, refill is foolproof, and I can't believe how long it took me to give this a try! (Definitely don't want to think about how much I've spent on yellow highlighters over the years - yikes!)

Don't throw away your empty highlighter!
Refill it instead.This refill system is very easy to use. It extends the useful life of your Textsurfer classic highlighter. This product should be more widely available. It is a hard to find item.I have refilled three of my highlighters. All three are working as well as when they were new.

Great Refill Station
I love my Staedtler highlighter. Great German ingenuity. It works so well when using on freshly printed documents. No smear. I was pleasantly surprised when Amazon showed the refill station. I was afraid I would have to keep buying new highlighters. Now I can refill my existing ones and it works very well. You do have to let the highlighter sit in the refill station for a few hours.
