This is my first time using knee wraps, and as far as I can tell it wraps your knee perfectly. Its elastic so I can adjust the pressure. I was trying to use it for Katsu training to increase my tolerence against blood flow restriction.

In the product picture it seems to be a velcro, but it does not have.
