MUTEKI32906R SR48 Series Red 12mm x 1.5" Thread Size Open End Lug Nut, (Set of 20)

I originally purchased what turned out to be knockoffs. They were off center and wouldn't hold torque settings and were just painted. These are red/chrome plated and machined perfectly.

Perfect size and finish! No issues.Comes with a key tool too put them on and take them off. make sure you set your torque wrench to 88 foot pounds, don’t want them to fly off.

These lug nuts do chip, but ALL lug nuts will chip. I'm not sure if the previous batches were bad but my lug nuts came with very minor chipping. They did indeed come with a few tiny pieces of paint missing but are not really noticeable unless you're looking at them from 2-3 feet away. The body shop that put my wheels on used an impact gun to put the lug nuts on (unfortunately) and the lug nuts held up incredibly well. I was expecting the lug nuts to chip but they held up very well and I am pleased.

I've included pictures to show the damage goods. To me, it is no big deal. I understand that with normal use, wear is inevitable. Although, the red finish easily "chips." I enjoy the length of the lug nuts because they make removal and install convenient. The design is smart; the "rough" end allows for easy gripping. Biggest complaint: the somewhat cheap, red finish.... I probably won't be going with this brand again.

These do not hold up well at all. Very light which is fine but after 2 times removing - the paint is chipping away. Now I need new lugs.

Great looking wheel nuts. Would be five stars but paint is easily chipped

Quality lugs, but the paint is very cheap and will arrive already chipped and scratched out of the packaging. If appearance is very important to you, steer clear of these particular lugs and look for some with better paint.
