Working in field certainly provides me with knowledge of property management systems and techniques. However, I've come to grips with the fact that there is much I could still brush up on. This manual not only provides me with new tips on tenant screening and tenant retention, but prudent property management strategies that I'm going to utilize going forward. Do yourself a favor, if you haven't managed a property, give this book a serious read.

I have not completely read this book, chocked full with information. that I had not even thought about....Book in new condition as advertised.

Got for wife to use for reference , a good read and worthy tool in business-nothing more to say about it.

Good Book very helpful

Excellent resource for beginners

Great book for persons looking to invest in multifamily properties 16 units and larger such as apartment complexes. The read is a little dry and the author is a little arrogant, but he definitely knows what he's talking about and provides great insights into managing staff and running large apartment complexes properly. Not a must read for the average do it yourselfer, but a great read for a large apartment complex property manager or owner.
