Good quality, matches quality of premium European alternativess
Good quality, but size is small. I'd recommend that you'll should match the size with other international premium high quality fruit preserves and then also price it at similar levels as it's comparable to them in quality anyway. Rather than giving a smaller quantity to keep the price a bit lower. People on a budget will always complain it's expensive while those who will buy will be a bit annoyed getting a smaller quantity.

Tasty, but no tartness!
There are chunks of fruit in the jam which makes the price seem justified. However, for a strawberry jam there was no tartness and it was mostly sweet. Eager to try the other flavours.

Authentic Product
In all fairness it’s an authentic product of high quality. But being honest, I’m too used to the usual mixed fruit jam and this felt lacking in flavour. Also the price is way too steep at the moment.

Compromised packaging
I have been a fan of the jam for many years.Of late, I noticed that the there has been a compromise in packaging. The last time I ordered a jar, it was broken. And I could not consume the jam.Please improve the quality of packaging!
