Better Than Expected
For a blade that's only $50, I find that it far exceeds all expectations I had. Not only is the blade a fine grind and razor sharp right out of the box, but the spine is incredibly well enforced and properly aligned to a near-perfect point. The serrated edge is also expertly ground. The handle is simply two pieces of what I assume are blackened steel bolted straight to the tang for superb balance, sturdiness, and a fairly impressive grip. The sheath is my only complaint, as it doesn't quite tickle my fancy. But even that is only an aesthetic preference and doesn't take away from it's utilitarian nature. It's fairly well molded kydex that holds the knife tightly and securely with a tell-tale click. The belt attachment is a flexible plastic adjustable buckle that's attached by two two-piece screws slotted through a couple grommet holes. They're easily taken out and realigned to make the sheath a horizontal carry if you prefer. The plastic buckle hinges open by flipping down a small forked holding bracket and then squeezing the upper part to release the grip making access to the screws and spacers super easy. While it is only kydex, short of crushing it under foot or something heavy while empty, it's sturdy enough to take a fairly decent beating. I'm more concerned with the quality and longevity of the buckle than the sheath itself. The entire knife is far better than most in a similar price range. I find the balance and strength of the spine to be particularly impressive. While the sheath is slightly clunky and just kydex, it's still decently made for what it is and serves it's purpose of holding the blade securely. Overall it's a quality piece that, in my opinion, is definitely more than worth the price for a well rounded all-purpose beater. For me it's become an EDC. Coming in at just over10 inches total with great weight and balance, a secure grip, and overall strength, plus the ability to horizontal carry on the back of my belt makes it ideal for utility and defense. High marks all around.

Worth the money
I got tried of folding blades with the screws always coming undone so I got one of these. The first review on here really got my attention and man this knife did not disappoint. I like the handle it’s got a nice weight to it. The blade is very sharp and it’s a good size. The only thing I could complain about is I was hoping I could keep this in my side pocket and I can’t but I found a way to work around it. Overall I really like it, it’s well made an I plan on getting a second one soon.

A nice EDC that won't break the bank.
Good packaging. Nice quality out of the box. Sharp but not too much where it will fragile the edge. Good balance make it easy to throw if need. Just as a Tanto style blade; deep penetration. It would be awesome if it come with a higher quality clip and a n option for straight edge. Serrated section is useless in reality.

I don't normally go for Tanto style knives but this one is amazing.
I fancy myself somewhat of a knife collector. Having more than 10 years of training hand to hand combat you can imagine I'd be very picky about a knife I plan on carrying every day. This knife is amazing. Slightly weighted to the palm, freakishly sturdy, factory sharpened with a proper edge, and honed better than any knife I've bought so far. Highly recommended as a survival tool or every day carry. The sheath is well made and the molle friendly clip is adjustable from two points to accommodate different belt thickness and preferred resting height. I was thoroughly impressed and plan on buying a second one as a gift for my adopted father who desperately needs a better hunting knife than his old paratrooper multi-tool.

One of the best, most durable knives I've ever had.
I absolutely love this knife. It comes razor sharp right out of the box, ergonomically designed for a good solid grip. I'm on my second one because I unfortunately lost the first one while I was riding my motorcycle. But I never had any problems with it. It's very sturdy and it's also very durable. I used it almost every day on multiple different materials and it was like a hot knife through butter every time. This blade deserves 10 stars!

Love It!
I absolutely love it. It came fast, it's amazing quality, and got a good weight to it. Came super sharp as well. I usually keep my blade on my belt, behind my back, concealed for easy access. With that being said, my only con is that it's to long fully hide under your shirt without the sides poking out, as you can clearly tell that even with my shirt pulled down, that I'm trying to hide it. So I'm gonna start using it as a boot knife.

Great knife for the price
This knife is great for the price. I bought this to go on my best and the only down side is the mounting process which can be a little tedious. Stays sharp, looks good, and feels good. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Just what I needed!
Very pleased with this purchase. This knife is the right size and good quality. The Kydex case sealed the deal for me. With multi-mount options, I'm able to wear this on my backpack shoulder strap with a vertical presentation. This keeps the knife out of the way, but easily (and quickly) available if needed. Now that I have the MCDLOKA, I no longer have to move my SOG Pillar from backpack to backpack--just grab the right pack for the right hike and hit the trail.
