These were recommended to me by my chiropractor because I am developing painful bunions. These these are great because they are very comfortable and fit unobstructively in all of my shoes, including my girly heels. It’s worth mentioning that I tend to choose shoes with a wider toebox. They do get a little dirty as the silicone attracts dust but they are easy to clean with a rinse under running water.

My husband wears a size 10 shoe and uses the Large toe spreaders. His foot is narrow, so he first bought the Medium ones, but they kept coming out. This product works. It is comfortable to wear.

I use them all day everyday so they get a lot of wear, I find they don't last too long but I feel the comfort out weighs this problem.

These toe separators literally saved me from foot surgery this year. I has a large toe silicone joint replacement twol years ago. It helped my big toe, but the unintended consequence (which my podiatrist did not tell me about) was that it put all the weight bearing pressure on my second toe, causing it to push down and pierce my metatarsal plate. The bottom of the ball of my foot was really painful and my second toe was starting to cross over my large toe. Not good! So I was scheduled for surgery (with an orthopedic foot specialist) to have it repaired - mending the tear and shortening my second toe, with a 6 week recovery on a knee walker! Ughhh! While I was debating within myself about the operation I happened to see these on Amazon, ordered them and began wearing it on my bad foot full time with my Teva sandals and Merrell boots - they both have a lot of cushion in the forefoot area. I thought they would at least keep my toes straight! But as the weeks went by, my foot pain dramatically improved.Three months later, my surgeon cancelled my operation because my foot was doing so well. Amazing! I still have some numbness and a bit of pain at night, but nothing compared to the trauma of surgery - where the docs tell you if you get 80% improvement, you're really lucky~ I'm very thankful and blessed.

Upon purchasing this item, the description says the package contains four toe spacers. The item arrived and contained two toe spacers. I reached out to the manufacturer, and they said it only comes two to a pack. Be prepared for the same situation to occur.

I am dealing with Taylor's Bunions, but using these helps. The only problem is they can hurt when used in shoes. Try to wear them not pressed fully into the gap of your toes, leave a bit of a gap and it will be considerably more comfortable and help maintain to positions, prevent hammer toe. Sizing is really weird though. I can't tell if the medium are too big or too small. Hard to decide if the reviews are talking about the small/medium or large, and listings can be confusing.I used a mixed bag of items. These particular ones work best on the middle toes, please see pictures. For a Taylor's Bunion, you should have protection on the side, and for your big toe alignment there needs to be a wider one.These do not do a good job of preventing toe overlap (hammertoe).
