Good Product and Excellent Customer Service
I purchase this RV cover just before winter set in and the installation was very easy. The material is heavy and I found it to be extremely durable, water resistant and wind resistant, although I did encounter bad luck on the wind resistant element. I like the numerous tie-down straps for securing the cover, especially on the ends which would have been loose otherwise. I found this to be critical in keeping the cover tight and less susceptible to wind damage. With that said, I experienced a product failure with the seam that connects the roof panel to the wall panel. I was out of town when this occurred and we had a couple high wind days (30-40 mph). The cover held up extremely well during prior storm events, but while I was out of town, the stitching on the roof seam came apart, which allowed the wind to get under the cover, flap about, and it caused the seam to further separate. When I got home, the entire seam had separated from front to back and the cover was completely useless at that point, beyond any repair that I could tackle. This led me into my customer service experience. I started with an email to the seller, who promptly responded within a few hours. My customer service agent (Celine) was extremely nice and helpful. She confirmed that the cover was covered under a warranty and that they would take care of my concerns. After a few email exchanges and exploring options for an upholstery company to repair the seam, we decided that a full replacement was the best option. Celine emailed me and advised that a new cover was on the way, provided a tracking number with a delivery date about 1 week out (this was yesterday). To my surprise, Celine arranged for the shipment via FedEx and I received my replacement cover today (over night)!!! I can't express enough how helpful Celine was and how thankful I am in the great customer service provided by King Bird.

Do Not Buy This Cover
We received this cover on 2 May 2023. When it arrived we were pleasantly surprised about how durable it felt and how easy it was to install. It had lots of straps to secure it, and a zipper to provide access to the interior of the camper while covered. Our camper sits outside, so we were wanting a cover to protect it from the elements.Fast forward to 1 July 2023. After a big rain, we noticed that the cover was falling apart on the top, and that there was a white powdery substance running down the sides of the cover. A few days later, there were holes in the cover on the top of the camper, and we could see the camper underneath. After each rain, it got worse and worse. We contacted the company's customer service, and they were very responsive. They sent us a new cover very quickly at no charge. We received the new cover and promptly put it on the camper around mid July 2023. Around the first of September 2023, we noticed that it too was starting to fall apart. By 1 Oct 2023, there were gaping holes in the cover again.By now, we're fed up with this product, and we contacted the company to request a refund. They promptly replied, and told us they would only give us half the cost of the cover in refund. So we paid over $200 for a cover that fell apart after less than 2 months, and the company won't give a full refund. I have no idea why this cover has such good reviews on Amazon... Its complete junk. And while prompt in their responses, not providing a full refund for a product that fell apart after 2 months is unacceptable. I world not buy anything from this company ever again.

3 winters - Buying a new one but larger size
Good product overall so don't let these tips and thoughts scare you from buying it as comparably speaking its worthwhile to own. You have to determine if the price is worth maybe 3 years of use (estimating). If it fits like a glove its going to be difficult to install and if the wind is above 5 mph it can be dangerous on a ladder dealing with a parachute. I just finished installing it by myself. It wasn't as easy as they make it look. If you have a ladder, spare tire mounted to rear bumper, gutter spouts, AND/OR AWNING, ensure you include those in your measurements. DO NOT ESTIMATE or guess, be exact. Include ladder height if its higher than your air conditioner, antenna, etc. I probably should have gone to the next size larger. I installed it with the zippers zipped because it fits so tight you will not be able to get them zipped back up easily - it can be done but it took 4 hands. All corners and gutter spouts need to be covered with pool noodles.Quality: This will not protect the RV from hail. It will protect your decals from fading. It will shed a lot of the rain but its not waterproof. The overall sewing and piecing of mine was pretty good, better than I thought. This material will tear but its stretchy and if you smooth out the sharp corners with pool noodles or padding then it should last a few years. The straps are going to rot, probably after a couple of years when the warranty runs out. The snaps are the usual nylon plastic type and as you know they will get brittle with age and break. The zippers seem to be good and can take the pulling pressure initially, The elastic at the bottom that goes all around the trailer holds it and pulls in excess under the trailer very well but I own more than a few weathered bungie chords that lost their stretch after a year of continued use. Not sure what type of thread they use to hold it all together, but even nylon rots after repeated moisture and sun exposure. Im thinking my RV will only get covered in winter, and that should be about 3 full months per year, maybe 4 or 5 if I cover it for the hottest months when not in use. (July and August). I have to check the roof for leaks every 3 months anyway so I can determine then if It needs to be put on or stowed away.It looks good, fits tight, not going to blow away, includes 4 tire covers, bag, extra strap and a piece of material to be used for a patch (I assume). When in its own duffel bag its a lot to stow away for me but could be stuffed in a typical storage/school locker but it would be snug. Mine will be kept in outside storage shed, maybe hung on a hook in its duffel bag. Everything was as described and I'm satisfied. I'll update this once I get some years of use.UPDATE 3/21:After 2 winters its in fair shape. I have a back ladder on my rv and it makes this stretch too far and a little out of shape putting pressure on the seams around the sipper so the material has a large hole there. there are holes wherever there is a sharp point at corners of RV. All these can be patched/reinforced easily enough with whatever material you find suitable (currently using gorilla tape made for RV roofs) but I feel you should know that its better to by the next size up and be baggy than have it fit like a glove and fight to keep it serviceable. After 3 winters its done. But, to be fair, I bought a smaller size than I should have. I'm going to by the next size up this time and I expect it to last at least 4 winters but probably will last 5 years with larger size and no pressure on zippers. I'll update this again when I get the new one.Overall I think this is a great product made pretty well with pretty good materials. I still haven't read any reviews on other brands that impress me.
