There was NO "fragile" label or sticker on the box, which I pointed out when I returned it, and you'd think would be a no brainer for anything glass, porcelain or breakable.Returned it & received a replacement, which was also broken and chipped! Again, there was NO "fragile" label or sticker!!! At this point, I returned it for a refund.The cups are SUPER thin & fragile, and even the thicker pot & plates/saucers were too thin to be "usable" in my opinion. It is well made, the teapot pours great. The cups are a bit small, but i use a different cup anyways.
