Brawlhalla - 540 Mammoth Coins - Nintendo Switch [Digital Code]

I bought this for a friend who plays brawlhala on pc and I do not use Nintendo so I’m not familiar with how Nintendo works. It didn’t help that these gift card products have no information on what platforms you can redeem it on. (Also there are no regular brawlhala gift cards only switch) After buying the card I go to my emails and there it is with a link to where to redeem but when you try to redeem it gives you an error. Later we found out that in order to redeem this, you need to redeem it through the switch eshop only. So you cannot redeem it in pc Nintendo eshop. Not only that but you can’t refund this product which I could understand because of the policy but I can’t even use this product.
