Glass Collimating Lens holder for 405-532nm Violet/Blue Green 1pcs

My fiance bought a class IIIA blue laser for me and the focus lens crapped out almost immediately (I think it was plastic). I ordered two of these replacement lenses because I had the feeling that I was going to screw the first one up trying to get it ajusted and I was right (no fault of the product). I got the second one put in with no issue. Works exactly as it should

This lens is a huge improvement compared to the original from my elekslaser A3, but not ideal. The good news is that it focuses down to a smaller dot size than the original. The bad news is that there's still a lot of energy getting dispersed in an hourglass shape outside of the cutting target.

Had a Thor M2 knockoff with a plastic lens that melted. Common problem. This glass lens works fine as a replacement and won't melt.

This does focus quite well for my laser. However, this does not collimate to a point. It instead is a line. Even with adjustments, light will never be close to dense point as it should. Otherwise, the quality seems great, so it's unfortunate that it doesn't work properly.
