Easy to use. Easy to clean. Helps me slice all types of vegetables and fruits quickly and at different thicknesses. I do wear those safety no-cut gloves when using this and when drying it off as it can be easy to slice a finger. It can also slice your kitchen towels if you’re not careful when drying it. I wash and dry mine really well after using it, and it is still in great shape and super sharp. I bought it at the end of December 2024 and it’s now the end of April 2026. I have owned other mandolins slicer. Nothing is faster and easier to set up than this Rosle. Same with cleaning it after you done. The side knobs dial to set up an even slicing plane.. No extra part like screws, blades, storage box. I use it often because of the design and ease of storage. It work well with potatoes and hard sweet potatoes. Focus and stay safe. I just save the nubs for stock in my freezer.

Very easy to slice potatoes, onions and cucumbers. The blade is very sharp, so I always use a guide. It is easy too use the dial to adjust the thickness of the slices. I love it!

I bought this mandolin because all the others I've looked at are made of cheap plastic. This little bad boy is all steel (save the little plastic knobby handle that adjusts the blade), and it works like a charm. It's super sharp, and cuts well. I've used it to cut carrots, potatoes, apples, and cucumbers and it cuts through them all like they're butter.

This is the best mandolin in my opinion. I have many Rosle products they are made to last. Just be sure to get a finger guard, sold separately by Rosle

One star for Amazon, not the product itself. I've ordered this product multiple times. Each time, Amazon promises free delivery to my home address. Each time, the manufacturer sends it to Amazon in Germany, which forwards it to a second Amazon facility that immediately returns it to the manufacturer. No explanation why. I would love to purchase this product, but Amazon simply fails or refuses to process the order every time.

切れ味がとても良い｡見た目も良い｡5段階で厚さを調節できて便利｡思っていたよりやや大きかったがその分、用途がたくさんあるので他のスライサーは，処分しました｡ただ厚さ調節ボタンの，数字が見えづらい｡

j'en avais un depuis quelques années et j'en ai racheté un pour une résidence secondaire cette fois? cet ustensile me paraissant indispensable. se lave très facilement sous l'eau courante. très résistant; peu encombrant par rapport à la plupart des mandolines émince parfaitement concombres, pommes de terre , agrumes etc... à savoir cependant, faire très attention à l'utilisation, c'est très tranchant donc un poussoir ou un gant de protection s'avère nécessaire
