Very good, but not quite as good as my other Rosle peelers. (I have them all...) The serrated blade is a lighter quality and not replaceable. The whole peeler seems of slightly lesser weight/quality. It is SHARP, so be careful!!! The included blade guard covers the serrated part, but NOT the pointed eye remover. It does peel thinly and well, but so do my other peelers. This one is just slightly better on very ripe, soft, thin-skinned fruit. It is made in China, as are most, or all, Rosle products now. One other thing... Rosle has always been known for it's lifetime warranty, but this item carries a Rosle hang-tag that says it has only a 5 year warranty from Rosle. It's still better than the other brands and I would probably buy again.

Perfect peeler for my kiwi's, have yet to try it for tomatoes.

This is an incredibly well made product, and beautiful to boot. The blade is the sharpest I've ever seen on a peeler so be very careful and use a knife glove if you have one.

I dont know yet if I like it or not. Used on the tomato and didn't think it was peeling as well as the regular peeler.

I always attempt to stay away from made in China products, even if brand name. this item is now made in China. functions well, though the metal is sharper and rougher on the fingers.

Peel peaches, asparagus stems, you name it and this does the job. A tad pricey but worth it for the work it does. I ordered 6 as gifts for those who would not buy it but will love it once they have one.

Not great for carrots. Too thin. Produce sticks between blade and handle.

Ich bin ein wenig zurückhaltend geworden mit Rösle Messern: ein Orangenschälmesser funktioniert nur mühsam, ein Käsemesser eigentlich gar nicht, doch habe ich dem hier noch einmal die Chance gegeben, weil ich bei Mangos immer einfach zu viel Abfall hatte. Und siehe da: ein schöner, dünner, gleichmäßiger Abtrag rund um die Frucht. Manchmal muß ich über eine Stelle zweimal rüber, weil die Frucht eben nicht ganz ebenmäßig geformt ist, ist aber alles kein Problem. Und rumsauen tut es auch nicht. Mit Tomaten verhält es sich ähnlich, funktioniert auch bei etwas weicheren Tomaten und saut nicht großartig, weil man im dichten Fruchtfleisch landet. Doch das ist genau der Grund, weshalb ich für Tomaten weiter die altbewährte Heißwassermethode bevorzugen werde. Ich will ja nur das Häutchen entfernen, keinesfalls auch nur ein bißchen vom Tomatenfleisch, doch das kann der Schäler nicht. Kein Vorwurf, der schneidet halt seiner Klinge entsprechend dicke Streifen, das ist für Tomaten schon zu viel, um nur das Häutchen zu erwischen. Wen das nicht stört, kann es damit auch machen. Geht auch schnell. Gutes Produkt.

La qualité de l'acier inox de Rösle et la garantie sont mes premiers critères de choix, d'autant que la lame, garantie 5 ans, peut-être obtenue en pièce détachée. Le manche et son anneau sont en harmonie avec toute la gamme et procurent une tenue en main parfaite avec juste ce qu'il faut de poids et une surface quasi miroir. La pièce de protection se clipse facilement, mais peut aussi facilement se perdre. Sans lave-vaisselle seul le manche peut être essuyé avec un torchon car la lame s'y accroche amoureusement et y perd facilement quelques fils. S'il est conçu pour les tomates, il est encore plus utile avec les poivrons en évitant la corvée four-sac plastique-couteau d'office, et le temps et l'énergie gâchée qui va avec (COP21 !). Si les peluches sont un peu plus épaisses, le temps gagné est considérable. Si le prix est l'élément qui me fait hésiter, la vision de mes fouets à spirale, plat et classique et autres passoires et tamis aussi impeccables qu'à l'achat il y a 7 ou 8 ans résout rapidement mon doute. J'ai aussi un petit côté collectionneur...

Un pelapatate così non lo ho mai avuto. Super pro.

Ich bin immer wieder von der hohen Qualität bei Rösle begeistert. Schält Tomaten und Kiwis wunderbar und ist leicht zu reinigen. Wasser reicht. Nur hält etwas teurer, dafür hat man aber auch Jahrelang seinen Spaß daran
