I have change my 4 stars to a 5! They have fabulous customer service and the warranty holds true. While our on a walk we lost my sons son glasses, we looked everywhere for them. To find a small piece a few weeks later. I reached out to the company, they have a one-time replacement warranty. After following the steps/quick claims process, we were sent us a brand new pair! All we had to pay for was the shipping!!! My 22month old son LOVES his sunglasses, requests to wear them, and usually wants them before leaving the house!!! Highly recommend this company! Thank you Hipsterkid’s for producing such an amazing quality product!***Overal, I love the sunglasses. I love that the lenses are polarized and the frame is extremely light weight. I bought these specific frames for 2 reasons: polarized lenses and after reading reviews I thought they’d stay put. Yes, the glasses come with a strap. However, the biggest down fall is that the strap is not adjustable, even with the strap the glasses kept falling down. My son is 8 months old and initially took them off of his face. To keep the glasses from falling down and from him pulling them off I did make a slight modification. I added a little rubber band the the rubber strap to make them fit securely. Since adding the little band which allows me to make adjustments to the fit, I absolutely love them. She requests them every day (over another pair), and as a two year old, has bent them around and they haven't broken.The customer service on this particular brand is REALLY GOOD. I had an issue (see the con's section), and emailed them, and I was plesantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently they handled the situation. I have come to expect companies to renege on their return/replace policy, but that was not the case with these guys!3) AND THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL: They have a REALLY good replacement policy. (like they will replace them if they are broken or lost) But you need to register the sunglasses on their website. I did not realize I could do this with the first pair (which we lost), so I bought a second pair (which broke), and so the third pair (that they sent me in like 2 days free of charge) I quickly registered.Con's:1) they do run small: My daughter is 2.5, in the 50% of size and height and these glasses (a 3-6 size) fit her perfectly. We took off the little gray sunglasses band and just stored it incase she ever goes swimming in them.2) One one of these pairs that I bought lost a screw. It is not a type of screw that is easily replaced, and we had only had them for about 2 weeks. I was a bit miffed that I had paid so much and they had broken, but when I emailed customer service, they responded immediately that it must have been a defective pair and they sent a new one out no questions asked.Any place that handles issues that well (and has a replacement program on kid sunglasses) has my business. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These make my already cool baby look cooler. But I persisted, and kept explaining that they're protecting his eyes (for what it was worth, anyway. My son is 14 months).Somehow, at some point, he got it. And now he loves them. Every time we go outside I walk him to the shelf where we keep them to put them on and he gets that silly sort of excited that 14 month olds are really good at. They get excited with their whole body. And quite frequently he insists on wearing them inside the house.And so far: indestructible (believe me. He's tried).So yeah. 5 stars from this mom.
