Have you tried making iced tea with this? Does it still work as well if you brew the 3 to 5 bags at once and keep it in the fridge?

Hi there. With a few exceptions, we generally recommend that all are teas are consumed as hot as is possible for optimal effects.  When one prepares an aqueous infusion (herbal tea formula extracted with boiling water) the goal is to optimize the yield of water-soluble constituents that are potentially available in the dried herbs. The boiling water functions as a natural solvent which breaks down the cellular walls of the dried herb, thus enabling the release of its soluble constituents, a.k.a. extractive, into the tea water.That said, we do understand that sometimes it is just too hot to drink hot tea. At these times it may be appropriate to ice the tea after you have brewed it with boiling water and allowed it to steep for 10 minutes, as per the brewing instructions below. my baby is 4 months now and i want to boost my milk supply, will it work with me ?

I believe It really depends on your body and what your body Is sensitive to. I had to drink this 2 tea bags at a time 3 times a day to see results and produce more milk on the 3rd day. On top of thst i drank lots of water and straight carrot juice.  IMO  I wouldnt buy this again.  My son is 4 Months and i an not producing as much.  I am taking "Numom" fenugreek capsules in order to produce more that day. The capsules work the best along with drinking moringae oliferae tea. Tea must be potent brand.
