After reading others reviews I opted to purchase the beige washcloths. They are very well made, shrink a little which it clearly states in description but it still is a large washcloth after washing in hot water & dryer(although they recommend different washing temps I wash all towels in hot water I love these washcloths. Very absorbent and work great. I have no issues with color changes. I would absolutely recommend these in color beige.

Great towels. They don’t smell after two days like many other towels do.

purchased the gray set and it is a nice color as well as weave. followed the prewash instructions before use. however, i did dry on a low cycle in the dryer which did produce a slight ripple effect on one edge.....was to be expected per instructions. nothing to get upset over and i think will disappear after next wash. if you are used to using a thicker wash cloth you will notice a difference right away: if used to steam your face not enough fabric to hold the heat. BUT the fabric does hold a lot of water and is very good for a gentle exfoliating type action. tradeoff. i really like that this fabric does allow me to wring it out really well and get a much quicker drying action which will reduce that off smell that develops when fabric is left too dry. yes, would recommend as long as you are clear for what you want and expect. if you need thick luxury look elsewhere. oh, and i do like how little storage room these occupy. while i do miss "steaming" my face for a longer period, i do not miss the mildew smell.

The Gilden Tree waffle towels are more than I expected. One side is cuddly soft, the other for scrubbing. I use them every day. Very water absorbent too. Can recommend this item. Value for the money is great.

I was greatly disappointed to see how much the color bled out after a single use and wash of a couple of the washcloths.

Las toallas son muy delgadas, trae un etiqueta que dice que encogen si las secan en secadora, y el tamaño original no es muy grande, las que vienen 2 misma marca etc, son carísimas para lo que son, y las que viene 4 también, no las recomiendo para nada

I am replacing exact same towels that are about 10 years old. The old ones are ragged around the edges and a bit discolored but amazing. These towels are absorbent and dry quickly - I bought my first ones after a trip to Italy when I fell in love with the waffle fabric
