Order correct size
The boot is super cute. The boot advertised was grey and brown I received grey and burgundy, the boot was a bit too big and be prepared to spend some time lacing up the boots as there are approximately 20 holes to lace up, with about 6 feet of shoe lace for each boot. I submitted a refund request in order to order a smaller size. The seller contacted me and offered a 10% refund ($3.16) and indicated I could keep the boots. Make sure you order the correct size as returning is unsuccessful. Overall I like the boots.

You don’t get what you ordered.
Boots were shown in gray and brown. They came in gray and burgundy. Not what I wanted. Once again I’m saddened it was not a prime item.
