CompressionGear Adjustable Knee Brace Small-Medium

I tested 3 braces, this one and 2 by Kinetiks and WinZone. This brace outshined the others. It was true to size and constructed well. This brace is super comfortable and offered the firm support I needed while my badly sprained knee heals up. The silicone trim inside effectively reduces slippage. I rarely need to readjust it during my work day. My physical therapist even approved of it. I wear it daily. No chafing or anything. Once my knee heals up, I'll wear it during strenuous activity for added support.. I'm super happy with it and would recommend it to anyone.P.S. There's a lot of talk about slippage when it comes to knee braces, so I'm updating my review for it as of April 2017. My experience has been that if I adjust it properly when putting it on, it never slips. As long as its fitted firmly (not tight), I can wear it at least 8 hours a day without any slippage. Since knees/legs come in all shapes and sizes, I can't guarantee this experience for everyone, but its been my experience.One year later, I've worn it 8-10 hrs daily for a year and washed it a few times. Its finally starting to deteriorate and will need to be replaced soon to ensure proper fit. That said, it has given me support that's far superior to any other brace I've had of this sort.

If you are looking for a company that truly cares about their product matching your needs, this is it. They give you personalized service and emailed me through Amazon a few times to see first of all if I got their product and it was packed satisfactorily and secondly, if I like their product and if there was anything more they could do 2 make the knee brace a perfect fit. The brace is comfortable when I sit kneel or walk. The three velcro straps allow me to adjust it as needed. I have a tear in the meniscus along with arthritis ! I am 70 years Young and wanted to continue to do the things I love like gardening and walking Etc they give you a hundred percent guarantee even to the point of saying, if you don't like it return it and this isn't only for 30 days but for months! Now, where do you get that kind of guarantee?! I have tried other braces and they have given me rashes, blisters and are just often times too uncomfortable to wear. Need I say more?!

I had arthroscopic knee surgery 6 years ago. At the time, my surgeon said that I'd be facing a total knee replacement in the future. In June, I went back to see the surgeon due to increasing knee and shin pain. After an x-ray the doc proclaimed, "You have a severely arthritic knee with no cushioning left in the front and bone spurs." He suggested that I try a pain injection and a knee brace before resorting to surgery. Thankfully, the injection has relieved my pain. This brace adds just the right amount of support, especially for times when I'm on my feet for an extended period of time and/or doing a lot of walking. Eventhough I have large thighs, I found a size that fits comfortably. Being able to wrap this brace around the knee and then secure it with 3 velcro straps is far superior to the pull on types. I plan to order another!

I had been using a sleeve with metal side supports. Love the fact I can adjust this. We just moved to Loveland CO, so I'm in a apt where I walk 2 blocks to work, I don't wear it for that, and I can really tell how different/confident I walk when I have it on. Just got some new HOKA hikers, have been wearing both and can impact the ground like never before. Have had three right knee surgeries and currently have a mild meniscus tear, this thing is GREAT... Before moving to CO I was content wearing an elastic sleeve, but hiking in the mountains can be brutal...(down is bad for me) Having the ability to adjust the compression is awesome. Mowing the lawn without it makes my knee hurt worse than 6-8 hours of hiking... (obviously I wear it mowing now,,,, LOL, and the sleeve on my good knee is still a good thing when hiking).

I had been having pretty bad knee pain, especially when walking down hill and down stairs. I walk everywhere and exercise so this was really troubling. thb I didn't have too much hope that this would help but its made a HUGE difference. I rarely, if ever, experience knee pain when I wear this brace and if I do its because I forgot to where it earlier and put it on after I'd walked a long distance. The product itself is high quality. Its comfortable, adjustable, and doesn't slip down whether your wearing clothing under it or not. I even wore exercise pants that are made of a slippery material under it and it stayed in place for my entire workout. 10/10 great!

I am usually not one to write a bad review. However, I bought this product based off the description mentioning that there was going to be some sort of protection. I was playing basketball and wore it tight. I felt like it was solid fit. As I was playing, I made a slight turn to reach for the ball and felt a pop in my knee. Some time later, I got diagnosed with a Partially Torn ACL and Meniscus. I say all of this to make you think twice before buying this product. Having a torn ligament is not fun. Do yourself a favor and invest in a solid knee brace if you're seeking one. Better yet, strengthen the muscles around your knee (hamstrings, quads, calves, etc).

Thank you! This is a GREAT product. I am a short somewhat small person (5 feet, size 4). I am amazed that the knee brace fits me perfectly. It's made so that the whole outer face of the brace is the fuzzy part of velcro (it fits me as well as someone much taller/bigger). I can attach the bands exactly where I need them. And the brace is very substantial, keeping my knee protected from movement that it's not supposed to be able to do. I am due to have a knee replacement in August. Before discovering this knee brace I had been unable to exercise for a month. I could hardly walk up stairs. Two days ago I walked 5 miles without any pain. When I took off the brace there was far less swelling of my knee than before I began using the brace. Today I was able to do aerobics. Wow! I am a happy camper! Thank you.

First time I have used anything time this. Knee very painful with Arthritis. This is a really good fit easy to adjust to the correct supporting position comfortable all day.A very good item worth every penny
