What is the difference between this one and the other one you sell for $19.99

I don’t know about the $19.95 one. But the replacement 3-20-677200 works just fine. I would not go with the cheaper one. You get what you pay for.

what are the length of the wires??????

It should not matter you need to loosen up the wires in the back of the stove to pull it out then connect and pull the wires to the back from the grommet
