I have a stick camp stove, so 130 mm should be OK, however I need to sometimes cut down standard lengthwise split firewood, is this too short?

The silky pocket boy would cut through 130 mm of wood or branch like butter In my opinion. But If I’m trying to make kindling then I use my Bark River Bravo 1.25 in 3V or my Gransfors Bruk forest axe

Does this item come with a sheath?

It's more of a clear hard plastic hinged bubble then a sheath. I carry it in my front or back pants pocket, and sometimes coat pocket depending on what I'm doing. Tucked in a pack would be fine too the blade doesn't fall open.

Are the curved blade and the straight blade interchangable with the same handle?

Ive never tried to change mine because the blade is way sharp and durable and hasn't given me any reason to change it. I'd just buy one of each, straight and curved silky saws

can the back of the knife be used on fire steel?

Yes, it can! I just tested it with a ferro rod blank from Treibacher, and it works like a champ.
