Run big but very comfortable
They seem to run big. I bought my usual size of 7 1/2 w and had to exchange them for 7 Wide. Extremely comfortable.

Invest in what you EXPECT!
I’m a 24 hour caregiver and spend 99% of my time IN-home caregiving. SO I’m in slippers all day!! Originally purchased Cozylook slippers due to WHAT I THOUGHT was decent quality at a great price… after wearing all day, my feet felt like i was barefoot. My feet, legs, hips and low back started to ache. Submitted return and refund of the Cozylook slippers and decided to INVEST In QUALITY slippers!! YES IT COST WAY WAY MORE, but just 1 day in these ORTHOFEET SLIPPERS, what a drastic change. They can be worn outdoors as well, however, I do not track outside germs in my home so they are simply for inside. Comfort, warm, arch support and pretty darn cute. Feet, legs, hips and low back better already! Highly recommend!

Great slippers and highly recommend!!!! Arrived with stain on them though
I'm on day three with these slippers and I am very happy with them! I have severe sarcoid arthritis in my feet and ankles and I am very limited on the shoes I can wear. I cannot walk barefoot under any conditions because of pain and I HAVE to have house shoes. Granted, I am never without pain in my feet, but these slippers definitely help with the early morning stiffness in my feet. I cleaned the house yesterday and wore them pretty much all day without any issues. I read several reviews that stated they were too hard and not enough arch support; I disagree. I have flat feet and again, have severe arthritis in my feet. They are not your typical $10 slippers that have the "memory foam" bottoms. they have a supportive sole and I can see how some would say they are too hard for them. If you're used to wearing cheap and super soft soled slippers, then yes, these will be too hard for you, but if you need great support and something sturdy, then these will be great. As for the arch, it is not a huge arch, but works perfect for me because I have flat feet. Anything higher would just hurt my feet due to the lack of arch in them. The insole is removeable, so if you prefer a better arch, simply put in your own insert. If you do so, you will only lose out on the soft sherpa-like lining that lays on top of the insole. there is about a 1 inch heel on these, but it's more like a raise of the entire slipper than an actual high heel so you don't feel like you're wearing "high heels." I bawked at buying these because there is no back to them and was afraid they would slip off my feet. I can certainly say that they do not slip off my feet, even without socks. There is an adjustable strap on the top that allows you to tighten or loosen the slipper if needed. I gave these 4 stars instead of 5 because they make my feet sweat. These will be great in the winter as I live in Michigan, but for all year round, they're too hot. I'm trading the temperature of my feet for the comfort and pain relief though so I will deal with it or simply wear socks with them. Also, another reason for my 4 stars instead of 5 is because they arrived with a small stain on the top of them. Due to the light brown color and the suede material, the stain is very noticeable. Fortunately, I'm only wearing them in the house and the hassle of returning over a small stain was not worth it to me. However, I am a fan of black and would have loved to have seen these offered in that color; also this color will help to avoid noticing such stains described above :) Please let me know if you offer these in that color in the future, as I will certainly buy them! I will update my review as time goes on if I encounter any problems. Otherwise, I would highly recommend these slippers, especially if you're a foot pain sufferer like me!

Walking on Warm Clouds: The Ultimate Orthopedic Comfort Upgrade That Won Her Heart!
Finding the perfect gift that balances genuine utility with everyday luxury can be a daunting task, but I completely struck gold when I picked up the Orthofeet Women's Orthopedic Charlotte Adjustable Faux Fur Lined Slipper for my wife. She spends a tremendous amount of time on her feet and frequently complains about heel pain and tired arches by the time evening rolls around. I wanted to find something that felt like a warm hug for her feet but actually offered the structural support of a premium shoe. Right out of the box, the beautiful taupe finish and the classic whipstitching around the toe box gave these slippers a sophisticated, high-quality aesthetic that she instantly loved. What truly sets this footwear apart from the standard, flimsy house shoes we’ve bought in the past is the brilliant integration of an adjustable strap seamlessly woven into the design. The Charlotte slipper features a discrete hook-and-loop closure across the instep, allowing for a completely customizable fit. Whether she is wearing thick winter socks or experiencing a bit of foot swelling after a long, exhausting day, she can instantly tweak the tightness for maximum comfort without any uncomfortable pinching. It is incredibly satisfying to see a product engineered with such thoughtful adaptability, ensuring the shoe conforms exactly to the wearer's unique foot shape. Of course, the real magic happens on the inside. The plush, faux fur lining extends all the way through the interior, providing exceptional warmth and an undeniably cozy, cloud-like sensation with every single step. But underneath that incredibly soft exterior lies Orthofeet’s signature orthotic engineering. The premium orthotic insole provides anatomical arch support that actively realigns the foot and improves overall body posture, while the cushioning heavily mitigates impact on the heel. Watching her walk around the house, I can noticeably see a difference in her stride; she has mentioned multiple times that her usual arch fatigue has practically vanished since she started sliding into these every evening. Another major win is the phenomenally sturdy, ergonomic sole. Unlike traditional slippers that wear out in a month or offer zero protection from hard tile, this model is built on a durable, rubberized outsole with a mild rocker design. This means she has exceptional traction and stability on our slick hardwood floors, and the thick base completely absorbs the shock of walking on hard surfaces. It also adds wonderful indoor-to-outdoor versatility. She can easily step out to grab the morning paper, water the porch plants, or walk the dog down the driveway without needing to switch into her everyday street shoes. Ultimately, investing in the Orthofeet Women's Orthopedic Charlotte Adjustable Faux Fur Lined Slipper has been an absolute game-changer for her daily comfort. The meticulous craftsmanship is evident in every stitch, and the materials have held up beautifully to daily, rigorous wear without losing their shape or supportive integrity. It is rare to find a product that successfully marries the plush luxury of a premium winter slipper with top-tier biomechanical support. If you are looking to treat someone you love to an unparalleled relaxation experience that genuinely benefits their foot health, I cannot recommend these enough!

Stretch Once Warn
I have used the slippers for roughly 3 months I believe, and have noticed that the support in the footing or the sole of the shoe is lacking after some time and the width of the shoe has widened. I have plantar fasciitis and ordered these specifically to support my feet when I’m at home. Initially they were perfect; however, overtime they have lost their structure and the support is not as sufficient. Initially my feet were comforted warm and supported, but now I’m finding that my feet hurt after wearing them for a period of time because of the lack of support because the shoe was worn. The warmth of the shoe is perfect ideal for the winter months. They endured the winter time and were cozy however, I am at the point where I’m having to get rid of them and find another type of slipper that is more supportive.

Cute, soft, comfortable and well made. Had to order two sizes down to get the right fit, though!
This is my 3rd try to get the right size! I wear 8.5W. First order was huge. My feet swam in them. Based on reviews I ordered one size down at 7.5W. Still huge. Finally got the 6.5W yesterday. They fit! They’re very comfortable and the Velcro strap keeps them from slipping off. Orthofeet didn’t have this size issue a few years ago when I bought a pair. Something needs to be done.
