the XXS was a perfect fit. Following surgery
The measurements provided by the company, (available on their website) are “spot on” for my size and for what I ordered on Amazon. Because this garment’s design is with zippers on both sides of the body, the XXS was a perfect fit. Following surgery, I started out with a size small, provided to me by the surgeon. Then I ordered the XS and recently the XXS. I have worn a variety of shapewear and girdles throughout my adult years. This garment is perfect despite a “petite” size not being made available. Therefore, there is a tendency that the zippers will “wrinkle up. I am 5’2” and 115 pounds. The built in bra actually works. The con? Causing squareness on the bottom side of the derrierier. This garment does *not* form around the butt cheeks so that the opening becomes like a second skin. It is best worn with a dress or skirt suit.

Great post surgical garment
I love this compression garment. I just had a breast lift and Aug. And some liposuction on my abs, flanks, and bra fat. This is my 4th compression garment I've tried and so far it's the best. The fit is a bit small but not nearly as bad as the Faja ones. I am 5'4 and 135 pre op with D cup boobs. So everything is a little more swollen and boobs are one size bigger. I bought a large and it fits my body great. It's snug on the bust though, but it still works there too. And this might sound weird but I love that the crotch opening is actually large enough to use! I did find that to zip up the top I had to take it off my shoulders and do the clips first then slide it up over by breasts. Happy healing everyone!

This is so easy to put on and fits great
This is so easy to put on and fits great. The Marena site said the top only accomodated up to a C cup, but I think it fits larger tops. Fabric has held up for 2 months of constant wearing and washing (I wash it in the shower each day and hang to dry). It does not hold any odors and feels like the day I bought it with the material holding up so well. Great product!

It was easy to put on and go to the bathroom while ...
I ordered according to my measurements and it seems a bit loose. As I wore it, it slid down throughout the day, so I had to tug it back up a couple of times. It was easy to put on and go to the bathroom while wearing. (very important.)

The material is great the side zipper are great, but the size runs a little big. I ordered a new one and have not received it.
