James Galt, originally born in Stewarton, Ayrshire, established an educational stockist in Manchester in 1836 before expanding into printing and publishing in the 1850s. A century later, the business relocated to Cheadle in Cheshire in 1957, where Galt can still be found today. Review: Glowy things - Although I wasn't overly sold you do get enough for your money. The stars were those would get normally to stick on your wall. The creature you make is with the glow in the dark putty, we weren't sure on this because you could play a bit but then the putty goes back in the pot rather than creating a permanent creature. The kit is better used in the evening if you want to see things work straight away, due to glow in the dark nature.
