Yaley Tacky Wax 1oz

Extremely versatile. I use it for several different applications in the studio. It's great for holding pieces of glass stationary on a light table for painting, as well as holding small objects in position for photography. The small container you get when you order this item may initially seem disappointing, but bear in mind that a little goes a long way and you can often reuse the little bits that you remove from the tub.

does not appear to be as sticky as your old tacky wax, I still like it tho

the package I received had been opened and revealed leading me to believe someone had returned it. The wax inside the plastic container is as hard as a rock. It is very cold outside and so I thought perhaps it had to warm up; however, after a day indoors it was still hard. Then I put it on the toaster oven at 150 degrees and even that did not soften it....so I tried the microwave. No luck.

I used this product to secure canldes to candle holders. I needed to do 16 for a sweet 16 party. The product is absolutely amazing and did an outstanding jub holding the candles in place.

The wax leaves a shiny stain on jewelry. I prefer the putty style.

I expected it to be firmer, more able to stand up on its own. But it's really soft and gooey - like school paste - and doesn't really do the job for larger items. I have to use a lot more of it than I'm used to, and it is very messy. I would NOT buy it again.

I LOVE this stuff! I use it for everything from holding candles straight in candle holders to holding decorations in place. It's especially helpful to hold glass decorations in place and prevent them from getting knocked over and broken.
