Manufacturing fault
This is the second time I have purchased this item (I returned the first one) and both have had the same defect – namely that the shrink-wrapped plastic around the number plate has stuck to the painted surface of the number plate. This means that however carefully you remove the plastic wrap, the paint underneath is slightly damaged. This is obviously a manufacturing/packaging fault. Very disappointing.
