I've had to move mine quite a bit to have them situated properly and was afraid that I may damage them but so far I've had no problem. Have been using almost 3 months.

Terrible product. Adhesive back is blistered away from the backing. More fragile than any other strip i have had and seems like old stock. I returned it as it wont srick to anything even after i cleaned the aluminum channel.
