Great tummy dupport
Have used these for a few mths. Helps kick the cravings and supports tummy when losing weight. First try they taste a bit funny but once your used to them they are nice.

I have been using this tea for a couple months now. I wanted to wait before I made a review. It has a nice taste but I guess that is personal preference. It acts as a detox, and not as intense as some detox teas I've had. Slight tummy rumble. I've noticed there is on average a 12hr period before you need to go toilet no.2. Will definitely get you going if you're constipated. Time this carefully so not to get caught out with desperately needing the toilet. I usually take it around 6pm and without fail I'll need to go toilet in the morning around 7am. Does not give me cramps like some detox teas I've had in the past. Very natural flow to go. In terms of the weight loss, I'm currently doing slimming world so my loss is more than likely this. However, I've lost 1stone 2lb so far I'm the 8 weeks I've been using it. As I said I don't know if it contributes to weightloss. Highly likely is my optimisation of food I'm doing with slimming world. Although it may assist, but don't quote me on that. In summary, I'm very happy with the tea. Price is good and I will continue to buy going forward. Would I recommend? Yes! Especially if you have issues emptying your bowels naturally as I do.

Not effective! Waste of money
This tea did not work anything AT ALL! Has so much dust in the pack and has black stuffs settling in the cup. It tasted like I was drinking sand mixed with water. No aroma, no taste, no health benefit, no bowel movement, felt no difference at all!I gave some to my friend to try and her response was “this tea is not it at all and a waste of money.
