The author spends way too much time trying to make you self-conscious about your appearance, so don’t read any of her introductions or notes if you suffer from low self-esteem or body image issues. A lot of these recipes rely heavily on essential oils, which you really need to avoid if you’re bipolar, but they’ll all work just fine if you leave the essential oils out.
